Virginie has always been passionate about all aspects of health, as well as genuine and positive leadership. For more than 10 years now, she has been actively pursuing further personal research on these subjects.
Louis Young PhotoHer wish to integrate the fruits of her efforts into an accelerator for wellness and healthy leadership led her to develop the Levers of Wellness WheelTM model and related concept serving as a guide to build a wellness teamTM. This propelled her to create RSL / Re-Source Leadership Inc. to help improve health and well-being in organizations and the individuals within it.
With over a decade in the field of change management under her belt, Virginie’s focus has recently shifted towards change leadership and cultural change. She has taught leadership at various levels of management, including executive. She also worked in real estate and finance.
Virginie attended numerous training sessions on various health-related topics, on teaching and education, as well as coaching. She holds several certifications in Change Management, Business Process Improvement and Leadership. She holds a Master in Organizational Effectiveness and a Master in Project Management.
With over 20 years of work experience in the federal public service, she received several recognition awards, including the Michelle C. Comeau Human Resources Leadership Award and the Deputy Minister & Chief of Defence Staff Innovation Award.
Virginie practises various martial arts, cycling and strength training. She enjoys travelling and camping. She values the time spent with friends and family, and always finds time to read about a variety of topics related to health and leadership. Virginie and her husband of over 20 years live in Ottawa.
